It is my profound pleasure to write to you about Alex Wan (R040253F), who is my property consultant from Propnex. 

You may have seen many commendations on Alex, and this is one of those heartfelt ones.

When I met Alex the first time in a condo viewing, I was only on a casual & less-serious approach about buying a private condominium upgrading from my HDB unit. 

But in the very first discussion itself, Alex gave me a different perspective on home ownership and totally changed my casual approach into a do-able approach. 

In my series of subsequent meetings with Alex, he has shared with me his candid views on the property market conditions and thoroughly analyzed my financial capabilities.

I was bound by quite a few property regulations like Ethnic quota on HDB selling, ABSD, etc. thus limiting my further moves on the private unit buying. But Alex tactfully

maneuvered and guided me to the right direction.

Thanks to Alex for guiding me to own not just one private unit but two instead - one for own stay & one for investment.

I am writing to commend to your company on the exemplary level of service and expertise in Lisa Yam. In addition, we hope to bring to your attention her dedication in caring for her clients, and we hope you could accord her the deserving incentives available for your star performers. 

Lisa was referred to by our aunt who already had an excellent experience.

During our first meeting, she differentiated herself by patiently listening to and analysing our needs. She took time to understand our life goals and our financial situation. She is different from traditional real estate agents who have given your industry a bad name. Instead, she made sure she understood her clients, like how a doctor takes time to diagnose his patients.

In our subsequent meetings, she took extra effort to work out a financial plan for us, to reassure us and to help us appreciate the often-neglected financial calculation of her proposed financial restructuring plan. This was never heard of, and certainly not with another agent who helped us when we were looking for a property many years back. 

The sale of our property was efficiently done. Through her aggressive marketing plan and hard work, our HDB was sold very quickly.

With active toddlers in tow (and no childcare facility) during our viewings, each session was challenging. Lisa went over and beyond her duty by bringing along a babysitter (who was so well-loved by my kids). We are touched by her gesture. Such value-added service is unprecedented and deeply appreciated. We were tempted to rush through each property Lisa identified, but she encouraged us to carefully consider each option, even patiently answering our questions. She never showed signs of impatience at our troublesomeness, nor did she show irritation at our indecisiveness. Instead, she was encouraging and provided the expert advice and guidance at each juncture.

We eventually settled into a rental apartment while waiting for the completion of our property purchase. The landlord (and their agent from another company) gave us grief, with much skeletons exposed from the defects after years of neglect. Lisa was our pillar of strength and support. She fought for our rights and connected us with the relevant experts to repair the defects to make our accommodation liveable.

Over time, Lisa became a trusted confidante to our family. We trust her professional judgement and recommendations, knowing that she has our best interests at heart. Indeed, such is the trust we have in her that we agreed when she planned a BUC for our investments. We trust her like how a parish trusts its pastor.

Lisa is a gem, and we are blessed to have met her. I would recommend her to all our friends heartily. Likewise, I commend her to you. Star performers need to be recognised and duly rewarded, failing which the disappointment would lead your company to lose one of your best ambassadors. I hope you could accord her such recognition.

I write this letter of commendation & appreciation for the wonderful service provided by two of your agents who brokered my unit on my behalf. Against a gloomy backdrop of the housing market at the time, they diligently and in my opinion very professionally brought fruition to the transaction. They had the spirit of perseverance which others could not match. Other agents from other agencies and even Propnex could not complete the transaction - but Alex and Lisa did. I believe Alex and Lisa's high level of competence and professionalism deserve mention and bears testimony to your office for the training they previously obtained. My wife and I recently purchased a property at The Shaughnessy. Lisa and Alex jointly orchestrated the transaction. 

We wish to place on record our appreciation for their services. After the first few viewings, Lisa and Alex were quick to ascertain our preferences. We informed them of a strict limit on our budget, and thankfully they did not attempt to put forward more expensive properties. Meeting the expectations of a buyer with what may be available on the budget can be challenging, but Lisa & Alex were quick to spot our likes and dislikes, and tailored the viewings towards properties we were inclined to consider.

Once we identified the property of choice, they promptly intermediated between us and the seller. Lisa and Alex were frank in suggesting the position we should assume even though they may have reduced their commission earnings.
